  I originally contracted with them on Sept 2021 for pavillion/ pool house and Landscaping that was from landscape architect so all was drawn out as the needs. Many delays were done due to supplies, covid, weather and multiple times of not passing inspections. Each time I was very patient. But ********************* doesn't even respond to me now. It has been way over a year since started project and no work has been for several weeks despite some descent weather. Last promise was middle of Feb to be completed. I have paid for multi supplies myself. Now he just ghosted me so I'm done hearing his sob stories and blame games. *** is the person I originally contacted for job, he sent ************************* out to over see. ***** stole my Italian tile ' Calif gold ' of which I bought to tile the floor of pool house so don't even have it . He redid swimspa and incorrectly fixed it whereby can't get to lights for maintenance. He owes me money even if job was completed as has change orders whereby shortened pavillion and didn't do basement , plus items I purchased . I have paid him approx. 200K and I'm living in mud.

  I followed up on all work performed. We went above and beyond all work listed on original plan and added stuff that wasnt on plan as we had to resubmit plans to the city. The customer is showing cash receipts over $ 50,000  that she claims she gave to someone or a fellow worker cash for the work i dont know anything about that as i wasnt notifed or have a sign off on receving that money as she should know better im the owner and if you give anyone anything it would be me knowbody else as its against the law to receive that amount of money. We like to move forward with the work based on the contract and plans but as of now i havent received any check for the work completed or credit card for the work we talked with her yesterday and now we get this remarks so on pictures of nice work completed and trying to take advantage of getting more work and hot water lines gas lines and other stuff we almost completed the work but not getting paid to finish we cant we will go broke or even bankrupt with out the payment of whats due to complete the job.

  I am rejecting this response because: So untrue, I originally contacted *********************, he sent out ************************* who has a card with ***** s name on it and Yard Creations.Majority of mo ey was by Check made out to Yard Creations. Cash was given toward end of which I have receipt for from Yard Creations. When I was figuring g out I was being lied to and dealing with untrustworthy people, I tried to contact ********************* ( some times he was in ****** or ******) he put me off and said I wasn't being patient enough with the whole covid thing. When I wanted to report my tile stolen by ***** he told me not to he would make this All right. He never came out with landscapers. He makes promises  and doesn't keep, dispute everything he said and in the mean ti.e he left me in muddy dirt nothing attached, work that was done like pavers in driveway has dip in it,and seat wall in back has big gap against wall, each time I brought up he would say we will fix. Until he doesn't even  communicate anymore

  Morning. I had emailed ****** several times and i let her know i will be going to her home on March 23,2023 at 12:00 pm and need access to back yard and front to look over the pavers in front of home to see whats wrong and set up a date to fix if necessary. I also will be measuring the back and sides again and front to give her a proposal on finishing up the work and a completion date. So we agreed on an email dated March 15 2023 it was ok.

  I am rejecting this response because: He is asking for that date to let me know how much more he wants to charge me. I agreed to what I thought was this last Thursday 3/16/2023. I responded to his email stating such and he responded back with the 3/23/2023 date. Figured couldn't hurt as I'd be interested in what he thinks is a fair charge after I have a paper stating he owes me. Again since he has all my paperwork including drafting plans from beginning that have never been stored on property nor permits, feel it would be interesting to here his views now. He last was here about 3 months ago  to go over everything and yet just wanted to charge me more money. Yes will meet with him but not trustworthy of his intentions. Also funny how this job couldn't get his attention any sooner than that. So not satisfied that the meeting will resolve anything but you never know until you try.

  We are fixing the pavers on the 4 th of April and Im I should have the price on the landscaping to finish by tonight sent to her and Im waiting on ******* for the pricing to finish up the rest

  I am rejecting this response because: wants way more money than already paid and the work is not up to par. Current crew sent from *** had to redo the whole driveway as not completed to withstand use. As finding with other areas whereby things aren't aligned. Hoping his crew that he has hired has t ability to finish before he reads this. 

  Currently getting bids to complete job of which he bidded on from an architect.  Yet wants to charge me $50k more than the already $160k paid? For work without standards.
