I would not recommend anyone do business with any of their many car lots. Untrust worthy, my car was held at the Grogan address after I had a accident. They billed my insurance for 3 weeks storage, dismantle my vehicle. I was to pay 1,000 more on my down payment they took it upon themselves to refuse the tow truck service that tried numerous times to tow it to a repair service of my insurance choice. After taking 623.00 out of my acct,the car was released and was being towed to co -part.if not for my insurance I would have to pay full finance amount and no car. Out of spit,all I was told is you owe me 400.00. I had the vehicle 3 days 6-26 till accident 6-28-2024. Car was finally fixed and I took possession on 10-05-2024. I want the finance company to take possesion of vehicle. I would not drive that vehicle after seeing how they thru the bumper in the back seat. Tow service had me meet him at the shop to show me how my vehicle arrived. Numerous damages and not from the accident. Trust me if your already falling on hard times don't make the mistake to do business with these people.Review from Ella T

This company sold me a truck with dry rotted tires and bad alignment. Im a female so I would know on my own. Ive had two blow outs with in 30 days, the first one less than 8 days of purchase. This could have been life threatening. I tried to resolve the issue but they just tried to disregard the problem. I spent over 50 thousand for this vehicle and should not be responsible for paying any additional money to repair the tires . I feel they knowing sold me an unsafe vehicle. i give zero stars was supposed to purchase a dodge caravan on 6/10/23 but did not go through i put $3,700down payment according to california law i'm was supposed to have it returned back to me and all i've been getting is a run aroundReview from Jamie B

I would give a zero for stars. I bought a car in February and about 2 weeks after having it the car had problems. I took it in to fix it and paid for it myself and then a few weeks after the same issue happened so I called them and they told me to bring my car to their shop and they will fix it. Brought it to their shop they said they fixed it and about a week later it did the same thing. They never fixed my car because they wanted me to pay the rest of my down payment which I refused to pay until my car was fixed!!!! They came and took my car and I have to get a refund back from the amount of money that I did put down. Very very shady place. Don’t recommend this place to any one!!!!Review from Gerardo S.

I would not give them any stars got a Chevy Silverado not even 2 weeks after buying been having problems with the truck they’ve had it for repairs longer then what we have used the truck I’m paying a note on a truck I can not even drive they will harass you for any thing they need but will not contact you to let you know any information you need. I as sold a car that left me stranded from the week of leasing the Chevy spark. I had discussed how the vehicle was constantly leaving me stranded multiple times .I even had it taken into one of the maintenance shops and was told the problem was fixed. They denied that I never told them any issues with the vehicle. I was sold a lemon by this car lot as well as bogus car insurance. Being that I was stranded daily it was a problem for my finances and could not make my appts on time causing me financial hardship, leading to my payment being late I had the vehicle barely 5 weeks when they repossessed the vehicle.
