I ordered 12 bottles of apple juice through their ***************** division on Nov 9 2021. They said I would receive an email when the product shipped. In the meantime, they charged my cc $97.70 When I didn't receive that notice, I called them and they said they would cancel the order. However, they did not. When I called again on Dec 3, they said again they would cancel the order. This time I received an email saying I would be refunded within 5 business days. They have yet to refund me. I am not trying through my credit card company to get the money back. I see no evidence that****************** ever had the product or intended to ship it to me.Business response
