About 7months ago I came to Outlaws Audio on ******* to purchase an Amplifier for my car stereo.I told the employee behind the counter I didn't want to spend more than $400 for an Amplifier. He suggested a **** watt Sundown Audio for $400. I accepted and purchased the Amplifier. Now 7months later it stop working. So I brought it back to Outlaws Audio store and an employee their told me not to worry that he would give me a brand new **** watt Sundown Audio Amplifier if I gave back the damaged Amp and a $40 dallor shipping and handling fee so he could send it back to the manufacturer. I accepted and gave him $40 and he gave me another Sundown Audio Amplifier. I take home open the box and realize this Amp is not the same as mine it's only **** watt Sundown Audio Amplifier. I went back to Outlaws Audio on ******* and the employee told me "He couldn't help me, that he did everything he could do!"Business response

If we can see the transaction stating it was from us yes but from our end there is nothing on file or any type of paper work with your name on it
