On 01/18/22 paid copay at Golden Bear PT on **********. Co-Pay was supposed to be $20 dollars which I confirmed with *********************** that morning prior to submitting my payment. There was a glitch in their payment system and I was charged $260 for my co-payment. (I was over charged $240 for my visit.) When I brought this to to *********************** attention she immediately contacted the correct parties to resolve issue. She then notified me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for reimbursement. 4 to 6 weeks is a unacceptable time frame for reimburment!Seeking reimbursement for $240 within 4 to 6 busines days.Business response
