      Transaction Detail Amount -$84.00 01/06/2023 Description or Payee DAMASCUS MAKER Original Description: PURCHASE DAMASCUS MAK I believe this is a fake scam company, no product received. I have called several times and emailed 0n 1/11, 1/16, and 1/20, as well as calling several times. I spoke to someone on 1/5, 1/6, and was told my order would ship 1/11, delivered by 1/16, I called because I did not originally receive an email confirmation when I placed my order.

      Hello, I received a email from DHL, but I had no idea who the shipment was
      from because damascus knife maker never sent any updated details about my
      order, not only have I still not heard from this company after requesting a
      refund. I contacted DHL to see who this package was from, I filed a
      complaint with dhl and told them I will not accept the package, I no ******
      want to do business with them and they have failed to maintain contact with
      me regarding my order status and request for a refund. Due to the lack of
      contact from this company, not knowing whether I would receive my order, I
      had to make an additional purchase from another store to replace the item i
      originally purchased from Dasm ascus knife maker. I still want a refund,
      this package will be rejected, sent back

      Knife purchased 12/11/2022 via website $175.00 purchase. Received confirmation email 12/12 thanking me. No tracking information or follow up, website stated if ordered by 12/16 receive before Christmas. Sent several follow up emails only to receive undelivered responses. Called company on 12/26, rep stated knife would be mailed 12/28, still no tracking information. Called again 3 times on 1/3/23 rep stated they were unable to hear me and asked that I email them they would answer right away, still no response. Went to their instagram page several people stating it is a scam. I would like a refund.

      I purchased a knife at the beginning of December for Christmas. With most businesses you receive an email with order conformation I received nothing from them. On December 15th I logged back into the site to see if I could get a status on delivery, in order to get a delivery update their website wanted an order number. They never gave me an email with an order number. When you click on their contact page you get several options for contacting them. I filled out the contact page and hit submit. I received a page cannot be found error. I copied their email address and tried to email them. I received an error saying email was invalid. I tried calling the supplied number it just rang. I saw at the top of their website that I could still order for delivery before Christmas. I ordered a second knife. I was able to capture the order number on the screen for the second knife, This time I received an email thanking me for purchasing 2 knives but no order details. I waited a week then tried to track the second order it was showing processing. They then changed their website to where you are required to log in in order to do anything but when I try it returned a 404 error. I still have not received either order. There has been no communication and it's been a month.

      I made an online purchase for a Damascus knife on 12/3/2022. I received an email confirming my purchase but no order number or information was included in the email. My bank account was charged and $150 was removed for the knife purchase. This was a gift and I emailed customer service requesting an approximated shipping timeline. I was responded to stating they would be able to try and meet my deadline. The timeline came and went and I still had not received a shipping number or any further information in regards to my order. After numerous emails and calls placed to the business no responses have been made and I still do not have the product, tracking number or any information from the company. After doing some research I have found that many others have been met with similar circumstances. This feels like a fraudulent company due to lack of communication or delivery of goods.

      I placed an order off of Damascus Knives Maker on 10/28/2022. I received an email thanking me for my order., from one of the owners . No order number etc... My credit card was charged 99.00 twice. I have reached out to them since 10/28 via phone and email without a response. Website states 24/7 customer service. I just want order cancelled and mistake on my credit card reimbursed. Damascus knives came highly recommended and this was an upcoming birthday gift for my son. I feel this is a scam Would appreciate any help you can give Thank you **********
