We contracted with American Window Systems to 1) replace sunroom window with double-pane and 2) to replace bedroom window,which had become depressurized.The installed bedroom and sunroom windows lack the mullions and fixed panes requested on the contract, which are necessary to obtain approval from our HOA. The sunroom window lacks the horizontal bar required by **************** safety code. The installed bedroom window is too narrow for the opening.The company has acknowledged these problems. To date, they have provided one quote at nearly three times the amount agreed in our contract and they have not responded to our questions about the product proposed. They have not responded to our emails and phone messages requesting this information. We faced a disciplinary hearing with our HOA on 7/20 and may be assessed monthly fines in the near future.
