On 03/01/22, I placed an online order with the ND-POD Store for the following item listed below.40Pcs/Set V Face Shape Thin Face Invisible Facial Stickers Facial Line ******* Face Adhesive Tape Face Lift Up Tools Sk / 14:29#**pcs;200007763:201336100 / Regular Qty: 1 $18.95 The ***** NUMBER is RL-*****-92472.I was informed in an email immediately after having placed my order that it would ship out within 7 to 14 days of my payment processing. It also stated that upon shipment I would receive an email with a tracking number. On 03/03/22, my ******************* debit card was charged $22.94. This included the actual price of the item ($18.95) plus a shipping fee of $3.99.On 03/08/22, I received an email, which I have retained in my records, stating the company was experiencing delays due to COVID concerns but that "rest assured", they were doing their best to ensure delivery within the estimated delivery window.On 03/13/22, I followed up by checking my order number online. It showed as processing, but hadn't been shipped. There was a message stating my order was processing and would be shipped out between March 15 and April 12.On 03/22/22, I reached out to customer support for an update on the status of my order. An individual by the name of ***** responded to my concern a few hours later apologizing for the delay offering me a 10% discount off the total price of my order. On 03/24/22, my debit card was credited $2.29.***** stated that the issue had been reported to their warehouse and that their team was working on getting my order shipped out as soon as possible. As of today, 04/28/22, I have yet to receive my order and there have been no follow-up emails from the distributor. I have sent an email to their support team informing them of my decision to report this incident to the BBB.I ask that you look into this situation and let me know the outcome. I am also requesting to be refunded as well.Thank you.
