There were many issues with billing. In March of 2022 after many communications with their billing department and 2 months after I was finished with physical therapy I was told there was one final payment of $15. They reiterated this was the last payment for all of my services. I believed I had already paid every bill, but decided to pay this bill to hopefully resolve the issue forever. Then in April 2022 I got a new bill for $75. No service date was mentioned for when I incurred this "bill". I tried to follow up with billing to ask about it, but they no longer responded to my phone calls or emails. I can't see someone in person because they just say, "Oh, you have to talk to corporate billing for that". Every 2 months since then I have received a bill in the mail for the $75. I have tried to reach out many times to correct their error, but to no avail. I would really like them to correct their statements and stop sending me these erroneous bills.
