Noticed twice monthly recurring charges to my credit card totaling about $6 a month from the company, which I did not recognizer. I contacted them and they agreed to refund the most recent charge and ensure that no additional charges would be put on my card. They are a third party payment system for multiple businesses (web based, I believe), yet refused to tell me which merchant authorized them to charge my card. I searched all of my emails looking for any reference to that company name or recurring billing for the amount charged and could find neither. I reached out to the company via e-mail and they again refused to identify for me who had authorized the charges. They seem to be deliberately keeping that information from customers and hoping the charges will just continue.
