      Something happened to the gear shaft when riding up a hill and the bike no longer functions (mechanically).See three (3) pictures below. There is a bracket that came off, assuming its purpose is to keep the chain from rubbing against the back wheel.Searched. Online for a manual to see if I can correct the problem to no avail. The bike is just less than one year old (purchased from Simply Mac Ref# ****) and assume it is within warranty.Requested a repair manual or directing to a repair facility. No response.

      I purchased a 50/50 ebike produced by House of Lithium for over **** dollars from a business called Simply Mac in *********, **. On June 13th the motor stopped working in my bike which is covered under a year warranty per the information House of Lithium provided with the bike, but upon trying to contact Simply Mac I found out that they had gone out of business out of nowhere nationwide less than a week prior. Since I couldn't get a hold of the dealer I tried reaching out to the manufacturer as it's a manufacturer's warranty that I need help with. I've emailed several times since June 14th and have tried reaching out through their ******** as well as their Instagram and have gotten no response whatsoever. I had emailed them roughly a month before about a smaller issue that I just had a question about and they responded that time, only to tell me that since they are direct to dealer they would not help me in anyway. Since the dealer is gone however, it is my understanding that they are the ones who will have to handle the warranty issue. I told them in my last communication that I didn't want to cause them any trouble as I really love the product, but that if they wouldn't answer I would have to start leaving negative reviews to try to get their attention. That was five days ago and they still haven't bothered to answer at all. I'd really appreciate some help with this if possible.
