EDAPT USA has been drafting my bank account for student loan services that were provided for free through the ********** of ********** They promises to settle my account however I have not heard from them

To Whom It May ***************** have addressed this matter with the client in the past. Our last communication with this client was on 8/17/2023 where they spoke with our customer service manager. On that phone call the manager was explaining in detail the services we have provided on their behalf and the client proceeded to hang up before she finished. We attempted to contact her immediately after she disconnected the call and left a voicemail since she did not answer. Client never returned our call since 8/17/2023. Below you will find the timeline of services provided which was also previously sent to the client:
-The client was initially contacted and spoke with on 04/17/2019, a follow up call was made and the client agreed to utilize our services on 04/18/2019.
-The client had 2 FFEL consolidation loans prior to our services. We submitted a DCL and IDR applications on 05/13/2019. A PSLF application was also submitted on 05/16/2023.
-Her DCL was completed on 06/09/2019 and her IDR application was approved for a $130.00 REPAYE plan
-Her 1st recertification was submitted on 06/29/2020, confirmation of her recertification was notated on 08/04/2020. She was approved for a $82.00 REPAYE plan, with the 1st payment being due on 09/08/2020
-Her 2nd recertification was submitted on 06/09/2020. A resubmission was required and her recertification was resubmitted on 07/19/2021. The client was approved for a $238.61 REPAYE plan 1st payment being due 09/08/2021.
-We were able to confirm that the client's loans had been transferred to ****** on 01/13/2022. We had sent her an email on 11/08/2021 preparing her for the change in servicer prior to the events.
