Purchased the original 30 day trial, 2bottles cost of $6.95 each on 7/12. On 7/20 was billed for 2 - $69.95, called back, they told me to contact the company. Found their selling site, sent message to stop and cancel. On 8/22 was billed again 2 of $69.95, sent another message.Went to BBB and looked them up, saw your email this company, informing them I was filing a complaint with BBB. ON 9/22 I was charged a 3rd time for 2 payments of $69.95!I have attached bank statements showing all the payments.I wish to cancel whatever contract they think they have with me, And a full refund of all payments minus the original 2 - $6.95 payments.Thank You.Business response

I ordered some Ketonomy pills and thought I was only ordering one bottle for a trial. Then I received two bottles and charged ***** apiece. Yesterday I was charged again without authorization. These pills do not work and I do not want them. This company is impossible to contact even though I sent them emails to cancel and refund. On June 20th I ordered two bottles of PharmaLabs KETO pills for $6.95 each, totalling $13.90, this was the price I was willing to pay. On June 28th, I was then charged $96.95 twice, totalling $196.90, I did not agree to this charge nor was I aware of it until it was shown on my credit card statement. I received another round of $96.95 charges on July 31st from the same merchant. These charges total $387.80 and that is the amount I am seeking. I called the company to return these items but the customer service representative was very unhelpful and told me I would not be able to get a refund. I was given a cancellation number of KC021. I want to be refunded the entire $387.80 and my account terminated so that I will not receive further charges.Business response

On 7/27/22I ordered what I thought was a very small bottle of foundation/makeup for $6.95. Before completing the transaction the site showed an additional very small bottle of white solution that I thought was a foundation finisher for $6.95, which I did not want to order. I went to check out, it listed both items at $6.95 each for a total of $13.30. I realize I should have stopped then, but I didnt. Im 73 years old, disabled, have had brain surgery, and my only source of income is social security. Im not real tech savvy, but I sure never thought I was getting hoodwinked for any more charges. I called ************ to no avail. They said I had agreed to these ridiculous monthly charges when I never had. Unbeknownst to me, they had some very tiny writing somewhere that I never saw and didnt read or agree to. He said he would stop the (unauthorized) recurring charges. I made a one-time purchase on June 24, 2022 from PharmaLabs Keto BHB 800 a 7 day trial for $6.95. NO WHERE did it say there would be any additional charges(that's why I ordered). Since then I have been charged $96.95 on July 5 and August 5 and I have not received any more bottles. I want this stopped and refunded. I can't find a website nor do the phone numbers work. On 7/4/22 I order keto pills online for **** for 2 bottles and on 7/13/22 I checked the credit card and seen that there are 2 charges for $9****. I called *********** and stated I did not order nothing else and wanted the credit card credit for the 2 amounts and she stated she canceled it and gave me a canceled # KC021, as of today the charges are still on the credit card. I have seen that other people are having the same problem. I would appreciate any help you can give me to get my card of $193.90 credited.Thank youBusiness response

On 7/08, I purchased one **** bottle of *************************** PharmaLabs Keto pills. I received two bottles with *** tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 14 from GGDC full fill service at ********************************************************************. There were no instructions provided for returns or cancellation or that there was a recurring charge pending. No where did I agree to the second bottle or to any later fee of $9**** (two charges, one for each bottle), which I am disputing with my bank. The charges were made by (FIS) MEGAPERCISIONFI MEGAPERCISIONFIR ************. I have requested that this company be reported for a scam and am also filing a complaint with the Attorney General of the ********************. I attempted to reach this company on 7/18/22 at 10:36 am and at 11:10 am the company terminated the call without answering, so there is no ability to cancel any unknown subscription that I unknowingly authorized.Business response

The questionable transactions were initiated on 7/16/22. As we can add this on one hand, we can without a doubt say that this was a five (5) day trial period, not seven days, not fourteen days.
Please note that there is no trial during the shipping period as I cannot try a product I haven't received.
I can provide proof of everything I say.

I ordered a free bottle of Pharmalabs Keto if I paid the s&h fee of $6.95 on July 7th. I checked my email and I had received two separate emails each with an order number and an amount of $6.95. I emailed them back on the 8th stating I did not purchase two items and I would like to cancel the order. On the 9th I received an email stating to call their customer service number for cancellation. It was a busy weekend for me and I didn't get the chance to call. Monday the 11th I received the package in the mail so I thought I'll just leave it alone and be out the $6.95 extra that I was charged since it was already in my possession. I didn't want to go through the hassle of long holding on the phone and going to the post office to ship it back. Well on Friday the 15th I saw a charge of $96.95 from the same company. I immediately call the customer service number. I asked what was this charge and she stated it was a subscription charge. I told her I never signed up for a subscription or any type of trial. All she kept repeating was terms and conditions, terms and conditions. I told her I was aware of what terms and conditions were and what trials were and that there were none of that to be reviewed or read. I never checked a box stating I read these things. There was nothing at the bottom of the page or in the listing of this product. After going back and forth trying to be heard I asked if there were someone else I could speak with and she said no. She said I could call the merchant and gave their number. I called the merchant twice and honestly, it sounded like the same girl. She said the exact same thing, no refunds, terms and conditions, and no supervisor to speak with. I called the customer service number back and got a different lady. She was nicer but still said the same thing. She told me to email the company. No response yet. I just want my money back. I will ship the items back no problem. This feels like a scam/ fraud. I don't know how this is a legal business.Business response

I ordered a sample bottle of Keto and paid the amount requested of $6.95. I did not want any more but I was charged an extra $96.95 for another shipment I did not order and did not receive. I contacted them and they said the charge would be canceled to my Discover card. I am still being charged. I also contacted Discover and they investigated and said the charge was valid.
