I noticed a strange charge with the website listed on my bank statement. So I went to the website. Started a chat. They kept disconnecting and the guy who finally didnt probably should have. They said the charge was for my subscription. I said with who? They would not tell me. Turns out it was them. They originally told me they simply only did billing for other companies and they could tell me who with the first 6 digits of my debit card and the last 4. Magically they have no access to which company they charge for. He started throwing around financial terms probably thinking I was incompetent but actually was an accounting major and he was just making things up as he went or had one horrible script that he was already copy and pasting from as he would send the same message without a moment of time when I asked a question so he didnt have to answer it. He said not to worry Ill just see the charge but it doesnt mean anything. Bank dispute.
