I hired this cleaning service for my elderly father, a disabled Veteran. We temporarily paused the service, when he went into the hospital following a heart attack. When we restarted the service, BA Cleaning, signed my father up for a "Deep Clean". They claimed that since they had not cleaned the house in months, that this was needed. I questioned what it was and said we did not need it and that my father could not afford it. They went ahead and charged my father for it anyways, without getting authorization from me or my father. The "Deep Clean" came with a checklist that was on their website. After the unauthorized clean, I went through the checklist and found multiple points that they has skipped, but we had still been charged for. I contacted them and requested that they return to finish the job that was outlined on their checklist. It was at this point that they became very difficult and then stopped responding all together.I started trying to figure out what happened since we still needed their services to clean my father's house while he recovered from his heart attack. I began reading their other less positive reviews and found that we were not the first clients to experience these problems. This is a clear pattern of behavior in business practices, where they take advantage of the client and if any questions are raised they disappear, taking your money with them. I was trying to get them to complete the job that was outlined in their service description after they signed us up for and charged us for a service we did not authorize. The resolution we seek is a refund for the "Deep Clean" and a change in their unethical business practices of taking advantage of the elderly so as to no longer treat any future clients in the manner they treated us. They should not be able to charge for a service without authorization and then not provide the service. If you have any questions, please contact **** look forward to hearing from you.
