This company looks nice but its shady and the people who work behind the scenes are terrible. Weve back going back and forth because one day 157 dollars was just out of my account and it was **********************. It took days to get a response and when i finally got an email back it was telling me how insurance works and what a deductible is. It had nothing to do with the fact that i was blindsided by the withdrawal on my account. They say i signed something stating that they have the right to a card on file to charge. I never even gave consent to have my card saved on file. They are rude and talk down to you when all you are looking for is clarity. I urge everyone to go to ANY urgent care before going to carbon health.

They say they are in network, but what we discovered is that it depends upon each individual provider . We are fighting a nasty out of network bill that should have been in-network.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Please, please, please, do not go to ANY of their clinics. Front and back staff will give you false information about insurance coverage. I was told by multiple employees my insurance would fully cover my visit and all tests given. Then Carbon health months later, without my permission or knowledge, withdrew over $300 from my bank account! When calling the billing department, they did not care at all and only refunded me $16. This is a deceitful company trying to scam innocent people out of their money. Please learn from my experience and NEVER go there.

My urinalysis lab work was never sent or followed up on. I was told on Sunday 5/26 the lab work should be back by 5/28. I called then, went back to their office the next day & was told they didnt have results. I asked both days they call to prioritize as my urination burning had not improved. This morning 4 days later, I was told by the front office that the lab work was never received. Had the nerve to tell me they have no control over lab work & took zero responsibility for their completely dropping the ball.

Great ******* doctor ********* for a credit card up frontWhy,Im not not sure because I presented my insurance cards both primary and secondary.Come to find out my card was charged $246,which I did not sign or authorize.I Contacted my card issuer and had the charge reversed-I believe Carbon Health does this either to get paid up front and/or get paid twice once they submit to the insurance company.Thinking they do not want to wait for the insurance company to pay.Sure would like to see this policy be changed.I believe it is unfair,especially if the card user might be struggling financially and cant afford to pay You might be taking food off the individuals table.?!?!Not the case with me-but. Food for thought.Unacceptable business practice!Maybe even illegal I wont be returning nor will I refer anyone.

Upon booking online as instructed and meticulously completing a detailed personal profile, I arrived at your office, a considerable 42-minute drive from my location. However, upon check-in, I was disheartened to witness a lack of coordination and clarity in your operational processes. The receptionist, after consulting with a superior, informed me that the services I had registered for online were unavailable.Despite my simple inquiry regarding the discrepancy between online service offerings and the reality at the front desk, I was met with a dismissive attitude and an utter lack of explanation. The interaction left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer service. No effort was made by any member of your staff to rectify the situation or offer an apology for the inconvenience caused.Regrettably, I must insist that the conduct of the front desk attendant be scrutinized and appropriate action, including termination if deemed necessary, be taken to uphold the standards of your establishment. Furthermore, I feel compelled to caution potential visitors against patronizing your office, given the evident disregard for customer satisfaction and comfort. The overcrowded waiting room only exacerbated an already unpleasant experience.In closing, I urge you to reflect on the gravity of this situation and take proactive measures to prevent such lapses in professionalism and service quality in the future.

If there was half of a star, I would have chosen that instead. The only reason I chose Carbon Health was due to a medical emergency just before New Years. They told me right off that my insurance was not in their network, which was very odd right off the bat. Ive never had any facility tell me that before. I was seen by a very young physician assistant, which was fine, except all she did was recommend over the counter meds. I received the medical statement from my insurance for $575.00, which was all my responsibility. 3 weeks later, I got an email from Carbon Health with a new revised bill of $200.00 and that they will be charging my debit card on a certain date. After reading all the horrific reviews of multiple charges over and over, I cancelled my card and thanked God Almighty that I was warned in advance! I will NEVER go to this health facility again. Major scam.

Carbon health billed the incorrect insurance, claimed I was out of network, and has refused to refund me the amount they billed in error as a result of their mistake after months of going back and forth with them. You will also need to spend 30+ minutes on the phone with them if you ever call. Absolutely would not recommend.

Carbon Health charged my debit card 7 times in a row and took $1,400 out of my account. I am a legal immigrant from ************, not some rich trust fund person, and need the money for rent desperately. I have spent 9 hours on the phone trying to get refunded, and no one from the unutterably useless billing department has done anything to help. If you're injured or sick, rather die at home in peace because at least your relatives won't inherit your medical debt from this wretched and pathetic company,

Took my mom for a rapid Covid test to the ************ location in Woodland Hills. She needed a negative test to move into her assisted living facility. They kept trying to take her blood pressure and do other things to her. I said we only need a $130 rapid test. They tried to bill her insurance company $275 for an exam that we didn't want or need. Her insurance denied it so they charged my mom's credit card. This is super shady that they tack on extra charges and intentionally miscode the service.
