      They broke BOTH of our flat screen TVs in a full service move and didnt advise me to buy better insurance beforehand so now theyre saying its my fault for not buying better insurance. Refused to cover the cost of even repairing my TV.

      When ************************ notified our office that they found damages to both TV's once they were unwrapped we immediately contacted her and let he know we felt terrible and we took immediate action in trying to come to a resolution. I started a claim file, we spoke with our guys and since the TV's were not unwrapped by our crew unfortunately non of them were aware of the damages at the time . I looked over her file and I explained that since she chose to go with the basic insurance option all that covers is .60 cents per pound per damaged item, which would onlycome about $100. We genuinely felt terrible that her items were damaged and we wanted to be fair so we offered to send her a check for $1000 which she declined. She declined our second offer as well. Our final offer to pay $2000 which is the current actual value of both TV's, was accepted by the client over the phone. However, after we hung up she called back and said she changed her mind, she wanted almost $2400. At that time I informed her we were very sorry, we really hoped we could have resolved the situation ourselves but since she declined all three of our offers we had no other choice but to have her complete the required insurance claim forms and we will start the official damage claim process. I sent her the form yesterday and received them back last night and the claim has not even **** processed at this time so no decision has been made. However, I tried to encourage her to accept our offer and I again explaind that the standard insurance only covers .60 cents per pond but the she chose not to accept our offer and instead move forward with her claim. That claim is still pending and we should have an answer for her by next week at the latest.

      They have lost so many of our household items, and they just do not have the courtesy of responding to our texts and phone calls letting them know of those losses by them.We can't find many of our cookware a few dinnertabl items, a few items from a vintage china dinner set, a vintage brass tray, three valuable decorative gold ****** lighters, silver trophy vase. Mosf likely we will notice more items. Most of the packing boxes were not labeled, packed with mixed items, poorly packed which resulted damage to fragile China and ornaments.I will update my review if/when they contact us and take responsibility for these loses
