      this is complaint #******** order number17-09831-73815, request id **********, request amount *****, seller jinshenghui300, date purchased march 17, 2023.i'm going to tell you again just to remind you i was home checking mail often because i was looking for a package the weed blower did not come sat. march 25.the **** number was **********************. i received 2 packages so i know it didn't come, that's why i was checking the everytime the dog barked.

      Here is my appeal sent to ****:"Dear ****, I bought an Item, but totally death. I can not fix or any spare parts. I want to return, but seller policy not return, **** follow them.       I sold a drone on **** a couple of months ago for $650 dlls and shipped item promptly I set up my account with my valid bank account information . since then I have not gottan any payments fron **** buyer has recieved item with no issues since then Ive contacted **** on more than 21 times and each time Im sent to a manila phillaopines call center where they go thru the same script and at the end of each call they tell me that they are submitting a claim ticket and that someone from **** will contact me within 24 hours to resolve issue everytime i get no reply either email or phone ,Ive even verified my bank info on there site and called them back and they tell me lock is on my account even though i still purchase items on there site. I dont what to do **** offers no contact info othrer then that number to the phhilapines manila totally useless. please help me with this its been another week Im convinced they want me to just give up please help

      I am an **** member almost 17 years. I buy, sell old stuff on this web. On Feb 18 2022, I bought item with order number ************** This is the first time I bought an Item by mistaken and seller didn't want to get return and refund. Two times I ask **** step in to help me get refund by "**** money back guaranty" after I can not work out with seller, but they bala, bala and until know I didn't get any label, send back item and get refund.I don't know what happen to **** and why they lie a lot about communication with their member.I want an fair market to sell and buy and seller can respect to all item they sell and buyer can return when they get mistaken. If **** lie and not an fair market to sell and buy why all ** people support to them?I ask anyone have experience about fair market, and any advice, or any files in Court can let me joint.Thank you ***********************

      I sold a Crown I-Tech HD **** amplifier on **** for $2299.98 ( Item# ************ Order date Jun 22, 2021 Order# **-07244-05682) buyer decided to return amp because the power cable connector was not what he wanted which was exactly described in the listing, its also clearly stated returns are not accepted (buyer made multiple excuses after to try to get me to accept the return). I finally agreed to accept the return with a partial refund as long as he returned the amplifier in the condition that was sent to him. Here is the message sent on July 7th 2021 written in the return message form "If you would like to return the amp there will be a 25% re-stocking fee minus shipping & return charges. The amp must be in working condition as it was sent to you & as you acknowledged in your first message you sent to us was the only thing you didnt like was the voltage cable connector. If the amp arrives in non working condition the entire refund will be null & void & we will keep the entire amount of the purchase. If you agree to these ****************** we'll accept the return." As you can see the conditions were clearly stated & many **** agents have confirmed this message after speaking with them. Once I sent the message to the buyer about returning the item a day or so later I get a message from **** saying they have refunded the rest of the amount to buyer without having the buyer return the amp. Once i found this out I immediately contact **** to figure out what's going on. The countless agents i spoke with kept passing the buck to each other saying that some other department dealt with this type of issue, the few that actually got to see the conversations & attempts I made to get this resolved said I would get a refund within ***** hours as I clearly stated in the message that the item must be returned in order for me to issue this refund, I didnt get the amp back and **** refunded $1400 to buyer, **** tried to blame me for following their return forms!!
