On Dec 20th we signed a contract with ***** ********************************************* and gave a $1000 deposit toward the $17,000 job to replace our roof. The representative sales person promised to come by within the week to show us samples of colors to choose from. I photographed the contract on my phone as he did not have a copy for us and promised to email a copy. However, he never sent us a copy and did not come by with the samples. Nearly two months later he texted my husband with an apology saying with all the rain and covid-19 at his job, he had fallen behind. After reflecting on all the inconsistencies that we had experienced, we requested a refund of our $1000. They refused to refund us and sent us an email stating that the job will cost us a substantial increase as the cost of materials has gone up. No work has been done at this point , thank God, and we want our $1000 back. We have lost all faith in this company. We feel they are dishonest and we need your help.
