Hello and good afternoon me and my husband purchase 4 of your Amp TERRAIN ATTACK A/T A on 2/3/2021 when the tires where installed and now the truck has ***** miles one of the tires had a big cave in in the middle of the tire and big bubbles in the inside of the times and the rest of the tire only had 4/32 left on them I called the places I got them from PTW indio ca and Fernand was very helpful getting us back home but you guys did not want to stand behind your tires I had to leave them the defective one with Fernando so that he can send it to you guys to look at it and the rest are at Firestone in Indio CA because I had to buy new tires because I did not want the same problem to happen to the rest of the tires what I want from you guys is a full refund for these horrible noisy and hard to balance tires I hope I get a response back from you guys if you guys want the tires back to inspect call Firestone Complete Auto Care in Indio CA and have them picked up as well because I called you guys and you guys told me you guys have to do your own thing with them I am asking for you guys to make this right please call me or my Husband at ********** please respond back because if not I will take this to the NHTSA next if you guys don't do anything I thank you again ****** ********.Business response

My name is **** and Im the Brand Manager at AMP Tires. I received your complaints regarding the tires you and **** purchased in February of 2021. As a reminder, the complaint IDs are ******** & ********. Thank you for providing an image of the tire along with the receipt of purchase. In your complaint ID: ********, you mentioned that the tires have 4/32nds of tread depth left. If you take a look at our warranty page, which can be found here, youll see that after the first 2/32nds of wear, the tire is no longer warrantable. For your reference, I have highlighted this information below. In addition to this, we do not issue refunds to settle warranty claims. If a warranty claim is approved, AMP Tires will replace eligible tires that it determines to have uniformity issues free of charge and the original purchaser would be responsible for taxes and any other charges.
