I purchased 4 items from this company on 12/14/2022. One of the items was not received but another item was sent in error that we wanted to keep. I also chose to return an item. I spoke with a customer service rep on 12/28 as to how to handle. Following the customer rep provided instructions, my return was sent using the company supplied return mailing label on 12/29/2022. I have not received my refund and I can not reach a human being. I have left 4 voicemails and I have sent 3 emails as the company states that email is the fastest path to resolution. 32 Bar Blues owes me $158 plus tax. The mailing label tracking number is 92*********591543426878737 - however, this is a mailing service that switches between carriers and does not accurately show delivery tracking.Business response

32 Bars Blues reached out to me after this complaint was submitted to you and took care of all of my issues. It's too bad they had to be prompted by a BBB complaint to finally provide satisfactory customer service.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19339405, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I purchased 2 t-shirts with the Chess Records emblem in early December. One of the shirts collar separated from the body of the shirt after the very first washing. I contacted them and arranged an exchange. They sent me a label and I returned the shirt which they received, but never sent me a replacement. In the meantime, the 2nd shirt has also suffered the same fate. I spoke with their complaint representative who stated that she would address the problem. It is now February, almost 2 months after the start of this ordeal and I haven’t received a new t- shirt nor a refund even though they got the defective one back. In effect, they kept a shirt that I paid for.Business response
