I thought I had canceled my subscription to YogaIs, and when I was charged for a second year after only using the website once I immediately wrote and email to their customer service asking for a refund. I did my homework and the website says that if you contact them within 48 hours of a charge they'll refund your money. I never heard from them so I filed a claim with my bank, *****. They filed a claim and then it was denied. I have written a third email to YogaIs regarding this issue and still no reply. I found a phone number and left a message. I have no interest in maintaining this subscription and $97 dollars is a lot of money to me as I am a full time college student. I would like to hear from them, they claim to have customer service, I am a customer and there has been NO SERVICE!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/03/14) */ ***Document Attached*** This customer was refunded for her charge and we are always happy to accommodate customers for a positive experience. The issue is that the customer was on a yearly auto renew plan and was emailed 3 weeks prior to the yearly charge. At any time a customer can email us to cancel before the renew date or manually log in and cancel themselves. This customer did not cancel before the auto renew and therefore the charge is valid, however we are always happy to cancel and refund anyone that would like to cancel a membership as long as it's within the 48 hours after the charge which is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. Customer filed a dispute claim with her credit card company and it was denied from her credit card as the charge was valid. Customer has 48 hours to cancel after the renew and we made an exception for her and still refunded the charge and took her off of yearly auto renew. Customer states that she emailed us, but we did not see an email from her, only after the dispute was filed did we email her to work with her to ensure that she was refunded. She apologized about contacted the BBB and shared that she was overdoing it, but we made sure the refund was processed and customer was happy we were able to take care of the refund.
