On September 12, 2024 I paid this company $105.00 to send 3 bottles of cod liver oil. They never sent any. They are not responding to emails and don't answer calls. Today is October 27, 2024. The only thing they've ever sent is the order confirmation. I need a refund sent to a different credit card as I've closed the one I originally used. I would really appreciate a call back from this company as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I ordered items on 4-29-2024. They were out of stock. They called to ask if I could wait as they were waiting on the manufacturer. I agreed.Then in July I began talking to them about getting a refund. It took more than a few forms of contact to get a response, but on August 6th I received an email response saying they would cancel the order and issue a refund. It's now over a month with dozens of messages left with then inquiring the refund status with absolutely no communication.
