      I placed an order on 9/20/24 for flowers to be delivered on 9/21/24 for a funeral for my aunt who passed. The funeral was 9/22/24. The delivery didnt happen. An email was sent explaining a delay and that it would be delivered on 9/22/24 which is what I had wanted anyway since that is the funeral. Well, I checked on it and it didnt get delivered. I get an email stating it is delayed and will get delivered on 9/23/24 AFTER the funeral and she is buried now!! I reach out to customer service which claims they are 24/7. Call placed at 3:17pm. The recording says I am caller 16 then down to caller 2 with wait time of 15 seconds. Time went by and kept saying 15 seconds. 1:01:08 and then they hung up on me. I tried again today via chat and am getting the runaround. I requested a refund however it will be days before I see it. Number i called = **************. I do need to ensure I get the money back and I want them investigated and remove all the false advertising. Order# *******. I can provide emails and picture of the phone call that got me nowhere. website is ******************************************************************** they dont have a social media account.

      I ordered a flower arrangement on August 26, 2024 for delivery on August 28, 2024 and gave specific address, phone number and recipient's name to contact in case they could not locate. The person never received the flowers and i called and asked for a refund on August 28 & 29th they said they will investigate it would take ***** ******** one has contacted me and i have not received any feedback on my refund.

      Purchased Get Well flowers to be delivered for a family member and they were never delivered. Tried chatting and email *** and clearly a scam as they sent a :"servers down" message. Tried tracking delivery and was told invalid order number or last name, when I used the confirmation email they provided.

      Ordered a $75 bouquet to be delivered to my mom for her birthday and they showed it out for delivery and delivered but no flowers ever showed up. The business claims they were delivered but they never even went to the gate because we reviewed the visitor log and all cameras at her house.

      On 8/4/24 I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on 8/5/24 from ******* to *******. The flowers I ordered were absolutely nothing like the bouquet I selected that was displayed on their website. The recipient received an ill prepared and unattractive bouquet with just a few flowers that looked nothing like the picture. It was humiliating when my friend sent me a photo of what she actually received.I feel as if I am a victim of a classic bait and switch scam. I attempted to get answers to my questions through calling their customer service number and online chat (which is an AI chatbot), and I have not been able to speak to anyone about a refund or replacement for the bad bouquet that was delivered. Their phone support is shady and evasive, even for simple requests of order tracking. Beware of this company!

      I ordered a flower arrangement from Sunny Flower Delivery online, and paid the full stated price, $74.99 plus $5.99 expedited delivery charge, plus two additional fees not mentioned in the sale listing, for a total of $98.47 via debit card. The company charged the purchase to the debit card twice, for a total of $196.94, and after a phone call to the bank the second charge was disallowed. The flowers were to be delivered to an address in ********, **********, but as far as I can tell they were not delivered. The companys website is not able to show the delivery as ordered (I paid extra for expedited delivery before noon Santa Fe time on August 5. Their website has no resource for tracking or confirmation of delivery. I now realize the entire company is a scam and not an actual florist business. I would like to obtain a full refund of my payment and assurance that the company will not continue in business.

      I ordered flowers online for same day delivery on July 26, 2024. They were being sent to ******* Ontario ******. Online it said it would be 4 hours. I come to find out there was no delivery despite online showing it was out for delivery. The next day they send me a request to substitute what I ordered I say ok just get it over there. I check in a few hours later and they tell me its out for delivery and I find out she didnt receive anything again. I placed the order on the site of Sunny Flower Delivery and the billing says ******* Flower Delivery. By the morning of the 29th of July nothing was delivered, I cancelled on their website and emailed them that I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. They have many complains listed on BBB. They refunded me today July 30th however its eleven dollars short. $199.43 I have a record of our correspondence, the original order and price, my bank info for the transaction, however on this page where it says upload to add additional info - its not working and nothing can be uploaded. Im not sure if its just my device or a broken link or what.
