I ordered flowers for my mothers funeral- sunny flowers took the money and never delivered the flowers to MY MOTHER funeral. this company took my order and I expected delivery to happen by 3 oclock, which did not. At 3 oclock I was contacted and asked for more money to be able to deliver the following day. I canceled the order and have not received a refund. One star is too many for this fraudulent poor business practicing company.Review from Brittany M

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday 3 days in advance so I didnt request the same day delivery advertisement theyre using. The flowers were never delivered. After numerous attempts of using the chat, calling the phone number provided, and emailing, I still dont have a refund and no flowers. This Sunny Flower Delivery is a total scam and Im out $75+. ****** learned. Please dont fall for the same day delivery advertisement.Review from Taryn B

I don't think it even deserves 1 star. Can't believe I fell for this! Flowers never delivered even though they said they were delivered. Requested a refund and they submitted it for "Investigation" for 48 hours and promised to email or call with updates. Even sent a email showing they received my request. They have no plans on returning my money. Another thing I'd they say their sister company is blossom ********************** which I just read was also a scam. Please do not let them convince you.Review from Tina S

I ordered flowers from ******** (Creve Coeur) and was rerouted to "Sunny Flower Delivery". I paid an extra $5.95 for early delivery (before 1:00 p.m.), but the flowers were not delivered until around 5:30 p.m., but Sunny Delivery refuses to reply to my request for a refund of the $5.95. The flowers from ******** were beautiful but the delivery was way late causing them to sit outside until a neighbor took them inside out of the heat.Review from Sabrey M

Sunny flowers cancelled my order and then told me I was not eligible for a refund. However their refund policy does not indicate on their website they can refuse refunds even after an order was successfully cancelled. I paid for expedited shipping and when it was not deliver by the end of day I asked that the cancel my order. The company never specified that cancelling my order did not guarantee a refund either. When I said I would dispute the charge they told me go ahead. I have emails of the conversation and proof my order was in fact cancelled too.Review from Nicole G

TOTAL scam and related to Blossom ********************** Delivery! Phone number for Sunny Flower Delivery is also number for Blossom ********************** Delivery! Different but similar websites! Ordered sympathy flowers and they were never delivered. Requested help via email, via website form, via chat bot and via phone - NOTHING! Tracking via website doesn't work. Call estimates for wait time and queue doesn't work! I have been on hold for an hour with a prompt that my wait is only 15 seconds!Save your money - go somewhere else!Review from Jacqueline L

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They failed to deliver the flowers after numerous calls to resolve the issue. They tried calling me at 5 o'clock in the a.m. and did not use the cell number I provided but used a landline. When I tried to cancel the unresolved order, the system said it was too late to cancel. I made one final call to this company and was told they would get back to me in 10 minutes; they did not return the call.
