      Hello ***********************, I *********************** need a full refund for the driveline I ordered 05/05/2023 the refund amount is $1926.78. You havent provided a driveline after stating multiple times it was being shipped out over the last 6 months. Now you are not answering my calls or messages. As of todays date 1/19/2024 the driveline is no longer needed. If you do not provide a refund, this will escalate.

      Having transmission problems on my 2013 Ram **** HD Laramie with license plate number ****** . Needed to purchase a new transmission and get a new custom driveline to handle the hi angle needed to allow for better spline engagement to transmission as recommended by ***** at Dawsons ******************* at ****************. ********** *****. ************. The part was purchased from Hi Angle Driveline out of ************. on 5/16/2023. Their phone number is ************. The original time estimated to produce the part was 2-3 months. **** at Hi Angle Drivelines said early on to ***** at ******** Mt. **** Automotive that he was backed up and production is taking longer than usual. Then 12/1/23 I called to Hi Angle Driveline and **** said that the part was done and would ship Monday 12/4/23. Shipping should not of taken more than a couple weeks. **** at Hi Angle Driveline is not answering or returning my calls now after calling and leaving messages on 12/27,12/28,12/29,1/2 and 1/3. He would not provide a tracking number and is avoiding my calls. It has become apparent that this business does not intend to provide promised part. It has been nonstop excuses/lies since August of 2023. A full refund needs to be provided to ***** at ******** Mt. Hood Automotive or myself (preferably myself) so I can get a driveline installed with a different company. This driveline is needed so I can use 4x4 on my truck and it has begun to snow in my area and it is hazardous to drive it in its current condition. I need a refund ASAP

      I sent *********************** at High Angle Driveline a total of $2,573 with a cashiers check on 14 January 2023 for front and rear driveshafts, 1 rear ****** and 2 axle yokes. He initially said the turnaround time would be 6-8 weeks then later after 2 months passed he changed it to **** weeks. I have called him countless times but he has avoided and not returned my calls as requested per my voicemails that I left for him. He has only answered 4-5 of those calls and each time he has told me the merchandise was either backed up, or he was waiting on parts. Per the invoice he provided me for merchandise that I ordered (attached), I want him to refund me my $2,573 because he has failed to follow through and provide me with the merchandise I was promised to receive early 2023.

      In September 20th of 2021 I placed an order for a drivetrain brake kit to fit a new process transfer case over the phone. The company promised a 10-week lead time to custom make the parts. After the 10 week period had passed I made contact and was informed that they were struggling to acquire raw materials and that they may need more lead time. For the first year the company kept in contact with me but continued to give me excuses of inability to get one part or another to complete my order. I was understanding so long as they continued to keep me informed as this was a highly specialized part being custom made for a non-crucial project. After the one-year **** had passed from placing the order the company has refused to respond to me completely. I can now no longer pull payment either. Whether I attempt to contact over phone or through their business page on ******** they do not respond. I would just like the product finished and shipped to me so that I do not have to travel to their location to get law enforcement involved. I am currently waiting for the credit card statement showing proof of purchase to arrive.

      Ordered front and rear driveshafts from High Angle Driveline March 15 2021, charged $1699 for both. The rear driveshaft was delivered January 2022 and I am still waiting for delivery of the front driveshaft. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery of both items when the order was placed. However there were part sourcing issues early 2021 - fine. But as of now I understand from calling the vendor, all parts needed are on hand and they'll do their "best to have it out next week". That last call was March 31 2023 and when I pointed out that was the same response when I called October 4 2022 I was told "I have other customers".. I have been more than fair, patient and understanding through this process. Due to this delay we have had to change vacation/road trip plans and deal with missed vehicle inspections. Informing inspection was due did not spark any urgency on the vendors(September 2021).

      I spoke to **** about a drive shaft for a Jeep project I was working on. He had the knowledge and was helpful in ordering and charging my CC on March 25th 2022 for $693.00. I asked for updates after the 6 week window and nothing. I have continued asking for updates and still no driveshaft. Multiple calls and texts were made. At this point I just want a refund. I called **** and he said he no longer uses that card processor and he would send me a cashiers check. Well, just like the driveshafts, no check. Its unfortunate that his business leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths because he does make a stellar product. All it takes is a quick browse on ********* pirate4x4, irate 4x4, and many other forums to see that this is a habitual thing.

      I purchased custom driveshafts for my 2006 **** F-350 6 months later the rear one finally shipped when promised in 8 weeks. With that said I get supplies are low and causing issues so that wasnt a real problem. But at 8 months still no front I finally called for a refund and after several attempts to get back they even went as far as texting me a receipt that a partial refund of 450$ was give. Which was oct ********************************************* $1295 for the actual drive shaft which twice they said they would refund. I even gave them my card number again 2 weeks ago and nothing. Hoping a complaint to you will get them moving before taking legal action.

      We did get *** a refund , needed to double check the card # could not do that safely over text , we have 450$ credit on a core that we are investigating why that did not process from an earlier transaction.       I placed an order for a custom-made driveline from *********************** of High Angle Driveline on Sept. 6th, 2021. I placed the order over the phone with ****************. He charged my debit card immediately on Sept. 6th 2021 (approx. $1,650). I was promised the driveline within 4 weeks. After multiple text messages and voicemails left with ***** over several months in an attempt to get the product I paid for, I was told "It should ship this week." multiple times. It finally arrived LATE on January 27th 2022. That's 21 weeks. After installing the driveline in February of 2022 and using it for 6 months (approx. 250 miles) I noticed an issue with the driveline. Being a custom-made driveline for my Jeep, this issue should've never occurred (loose/ play in the CV joint of the driveline). I contacted ***** on July 18th 2022, via text message, regarding the issue. I sent him several videos and pictures, via text message, so he could see the issue that needed to be repaired. I transported the driveline to High Angle Driveline and personally delivered it to *********************** on July 26th 2022. He told me he would get it repaired and back to me within 1 week. After multiple attempts to contact him via phone calls and text messages, he still has not repaired or shipped my driveline back to me. I called him and spoke with ***** on November 23rd, 2022 and he said the driveline would be shipped and on my doorstep no later than Tuesday, November 29th. I attempted to contact ***** on Dec 1st 2022 via phone call and text messages and again was given more excuses over a text as to why it isn't complete. All text messages and pictures referred to above are saved in my phone as proof of the complaint against High Angle Driveline. As of 12/02/2022, I still do not have my driveline repaired or shipped back to me. He continues to ignore my calls, however, he will text "It should be done this week." or "It will ship this week." Unacceptable. I'd like my driveline be repaired and shipped to me ASAP.

      On May 27, 2022 I ordered 2 drivelines for my vehicle. **** (owner of high angle drivelines) had let me know that it would be 2-4 weeks build time. He did say that a realistic time would be 2 1/2 weeks that I would have my parts. So I agreed and he ran my card for $1,472.00. At week 4 I had heard nothing from **** about any holdups or anything. So I call him every week following up till present time. Each time he told me next week he would have them shipped. So on August 10th, 2022 I called to cancel. But at week 8 **** stopped answering my calls, I had to use other phone numbers so his caller ID would not show my phone number. He did not answer but I left a message informing him that I wanted my money refunded and the order canceled. To this date I've called high angle drivelines every other day to try and talk to **** about the refund but he has yet to answer. I have filed a dispute with my credit card but it has not been settled yet.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      5 weeks after the order you said there was a slip yoke you were waiting for but that you would have the part that week and could complete the shaft the following Tuesday.  I called the next few weeks every Thursday and if you answered you said "I'll get to you next week".  At week 8 I said I need them the following week or is was going to cancel the order and I wanted my money back.  You said no problem we'll get it done.  So the next following week deadline I followed up after additional days past you failed to answer the 3 times I called you that day.  Then you sent me a text saying "working on them" and I responded with "Thank you".  The next week I called several times to cancel due to lack of communication on your part and a failure to receive parts as promised.  Even now you still will not call me back or acknowledge that I have asked several times for my money back.
