  On 28 August 2023 I payed USD$699 to this company to create my business web page. I received several upsell offers which I refused. It was clear in our discussion that everything would be covered with the USD$699, and I mentioned that further offers were not appreciated. I provided all photos and information required for the page to be created as well as filing out a long questionnaire. I was rushed to do this within 2 calendar days. After completing this, I was put on the phone with a gentleman who asked me word for word the same questions as the questionnaire. I found there were a number of redundancies, all of which consumed a great deal of time. I ended up having to do the questionnaire a second time.After some time I was offered a page that had many errors, incorrect prices, badly stretched or skewed photos of products and other issues that made the page unsatisfactory. The quality would have been better has it been a few AI generated page.At this point I had asked for my money back. I was told by the representative I had spoken to that I would get a new designer. This new designer has told me many times that the page would be live in 24 hours. It's now been 10 months and no page, I've made several requests for everything to be turned over to me. These requests have gone ignored. I have most recently asked for a refund of my money and expressed in not interested in a compromise, which I'm told I can do at anytime if unsatisfied, to which a gentleman named **** said he would have their finance department call me. I've received no call and no refund. This business send to be a scam.

  We paid WebsHusky web design $750.00 on February 20, 2024 in a contract where we were told we could have our money back at anytime. Very quickly we didnt like their style, and asked for our money back. They have been very rude, and are not responding to is any longer. It is has been two weeks since they told us that their compliance department would contact us. We have not heard anything and we see they are reading our messages but not responding. We want our money back.We contacted another web designer with a similar name while trying to get a hold of them and he said that other people have mistaking gotten ahold of him with similar complaints as us. This company is not operating fairly and stealing peoples money.

  Hello, My name is ***************, I am the owner of (*******************). I paid (Webshusky.com) $*****. Everything that I was promised by this company was not accurate. 4 months and still had not seen anything , just got the run around and attitude after my payment. I contacted the merchant and was fully refunded. I have been Bullied, Harrassed, Humiliated and have had my business tarnished by this company EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE THEN. They have hacked my phone, they have blocked my social media accounts that are posting every single day that my business has closed. It is horrible, hurtful and damaging. I have reached out to everyone one possible and this is still an ongoing problem. Can you please**************** help me.

My social media (********************) is still being compromised.l still have no access to my business page which is (*******************). I have reached out numerous times to have the page deleted to no avail. Business Response /* (1000, 22, 2022/06/28) */ Webshusky's core value y is to guarantee 100% satisfaction for its clients and to deliver the work that has been promised to the client. The claims entered by above person are completely fake and out of logic. There is no way we can hack into another individuals phone we are onlay a design agency not a spy or another hacker agency. This is something that is completely not possible. We have no access to this individuals any of social media accounts. If we had acccess being the rightful owner of these account the individual could have taken back the control herself by making a formal complaint with the social media providers she has her accounts with. This person is out to defame and put up false claims against our company. A systematic negative campaign was organized by this individual on other platforms such as trust pilot where she actually tried to defame our business and harrassed our business by adding fake bad ratings herself and had many other of her friends do it. Since we have been a reputable company which has no other such claims made the team of trust pilot did work with us on it and had all of these negative ratings and comments that were fake removed. She is trying to extort from our business. All her claims are baseless and false. After numerous discussions with trust pilot we had them remove the fake reviews she was adding and having other people do the same. We are sending her a class action lawsuit and requesting an immediate cease and desist notice through our legal team for fraud and blackmail causing intentional damage to our company. We request to please remove this false complaint by this particular individual as she is a fraud and fake. All her allegations are baseless and only harrassments. She is a total fraud and after she was unsuccessful with her fake campaign on trust pilot she has turned to BBB to start another negative campaign. We have attached screenshot of the proof where we did file complaint against all the fake reviews that she added with her friend. All of these fake reviews were taken down. We do ask BBB to please immediately remove this this complaint.
