Order date: 06/04/2022 (Invoice #****) Total paid $719.96 with $1,000 due upon delivery of our chairs.We ordered 4 bar stools with an estimated delivery date of August 2022. The owner updated us in July and set a delivery date for 8/4-8/6/2022. When the delivery date approached, we called to confirm but could not reach them. We tried for 3 weeks to reach them during their posted days of operation (Thursday - Saturday). Their voicemail was full and unable to accept messages. We drove to the store yesterday hoping to find someone there but only found a sign on the door for *** deliveries and a phone number. We called the number and left a message. We also left a note on the door for the owners to please contact us. Today, online, their business is now showing as "permanently closed." We are obviously concerned for the owners since they were quite elderly, but also concerned regarding our order and the $719.96 that we have already paid. We were to pay an additional $1,000.00 upon delivery. Please research this matter for us since we have not found any other way to contact them.
