I was correctly charged ********* on 07/15/2022 and ********* on 07/17/2022 related to moving services provided by Flat Rate Moving. I was incorrectly charged an additional ********* on 07/18/2022. I brought up the discrepancy with Flat Rate Moving on 08/01/2022. I was verbally informed on multiple occasions (as early as 08/03/2022) by Flat Rate Moving that the ********* charge was erroneous and the charge would be reversed in 5-10 business days. I was told that I would receive confirmation of this via email, but I have never received said email confirmation. I have followed up with Flat Rate Moving on multiple occasions, and I am told the same thing every time (the charge will be corrected, I will receive an email, etc.). However, the incorrect charge has not been reversed, and Flat Rate Moving is not answering or returning my calls.
