Had a contract with this company to transport my car from ** to CA When I received my car there was oil ******* on the roof to the back bumper ************ has admitted to the oil damage. The estimate to get the car repaired is approximately 2800.00$************ knows of the estimate and will not answer or return my calls Please red flag this company to the public and also shut them down.Business response

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not support their customers. This company hired TES Transportation Inc to ship my car from San Francisco to St. Louis. My car was held hostage from me on a busy street in St. Louis by the driver who insisted I give him another ******** This was not in the contract. He was trying to make money off of me. He then took my keys and would not give me my car or keys. I called ******* and they did not agree with this- they said he can't charge you more and it's not in the signed contract. The only thing I could do was call the cops. Mind you- I just moved back to St. Louis due to a family emergency. ******* did not back me at all. They left this issue in my hands and that is not good customer service. I requested **** (which in the big picture of things from a large company is nothing). They never returned my money and they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver or TES. Why are you using this company to ship my car when you do not have an established relationship or trustworthy one. I expected you to stand up for me and get to the bottom of this. Instead you made it impossible for me to get ahold of you and you never helped me resolve the issue. You left me by myself on a busy street in St. Louis with a disrespectful male holding my car and keys hostage. It was completely unsafe. Also they did not deliver my car to the address where there was plenty of room to do so....TES will not respond to me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/28) */ *************************************************************************************************** My driver waited customer for 7 hours and customer put stuff in his car (under 100 pounds is recommended) which was weighed about 300 - 400 pounds. We notified customer that stuff can't exceed 100 pounds and if it exceeds we will charge more. Customer agreed to pay to us and we took the car as it is. We had right to refuse to take the car. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept the response to this. Your diver did not wait 7 hours to "to put stuff in his car." Get the facts correct: -My friend ******** was taking care of this for me because I had a family emergency- my mother is dying if that is not blunt enough for you. You took complete advantage of my friend without evening contacting me. -You made a FEMALE NOT MALE go to a horrible neighborhood in San Francisco because you did not come pick the car up where you were supposed to. You did this out of your convenience. There was plenty of room at ******************* for you to come pick up the car. I know this because I see the trucks and equipment used to remodel homes on my street. It is a very wide street/ -What was put in the car was under 100 lbs (this included a microwave, some plants, toliet paper, and some bins. -If you wanted to overcharge me-you needed to contact ******* (the broker) to change the contract. You never changed the contract and then the driver expected cash. You never contacted me! -You also changed the time last minute and completely disregarded where the pick up location was and changed it. This is not okay! You took complete advantage of me. I am not working right now because I am home with my mother and this is how you take care of people. You should be absolutely ashamed of your business-I want my $300 back. If this cannot be resolved then I will escalate the situation as I have all of the information and photos. We have 9 car hauler huge truck, totally different from truck you are talking. Plus, we have agreed about extra charge. If you live in San Francisco, you must know car hauler trucks can not enter. This is not door to door transport, sometimes we call customers to meet at somewhere else. So we can haul your car safely. Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2022/04/14) */ In response to your last comment... TES did not discuss a contract for the extra $300 with the broker who I booked it through. You have to discuss these changes with ************ and have me sign a contract through them. This was not completed- therefore the driver forced me to pay the money upon arrival which was not in a contract. The driver then held my keys hostage. You can't force a customer to pay money when the care arrives without having a contract with the broker.
