Not properly informed of hourly shop wages differences between shop and warranty company before any evaluation or work was performed. I was forced into paying an adjusted price of hourly wage differences. So that I would not lose more money that I could not afford being on social security disability. I ended up still paying over a $1,ooo to get my car out.

I dont know what happened with my original review, maybe it was them getting "screwed" that I posted a BBB on this Dealership back around 2016-2017. The moment I took the truck for a test drive the brakes sounded wierd; I asked the guy, he didnt know. I figured maybe it'll go away, so I purchased the truck the same day from a man named ***** at All-********* (Total Salesman) this guy tells me "I can only get you coverage on the engine, but thats all I am able to do!) so I said oh that's fine man (Because im not trying to spend more cash than I need to on this) 2nd or 3rd day of having it the dang brakes kept making more strange sounds! So I called *****, to tell him, the good guy said I can bring it in tomorrow morning, but when I arrived he was never there. a gentleman leads me to their MANAGER and I explain that ***** said I can bring it in for a safety inspection and the manager tells me "Sir, I can assure you, all of our vehicles are inspected prior to purchase, so no safety inspection is necessary. I was astonished that *****; whom I literally signed the contract with 2-3 days prior tells me I can come in; but this manager "The guy who makes all the decisions around here" as explained by the gentleman who led me to him, DECLINES me!I ended up getting into a car accident months later because of my brakes being unable to properly stop my vehicle and it has taken YEARS of my life to fully recover from the back problems. After all is said and done, tens of thousands of dollars of MY OWN MONEY over the course of a TWO years, put into repairing this truck; I remember I had called them for some reason and the employee looking into my their records to find my contract and said "OH, turns out, you actually had more coverage than JUST your engine, I don't know why ***** would say that, you had the electrical covered, (and he proceeds to mention a list of coverages that I never approved of nor would have approved)Thanks All-*********. P.S The Faulty brake cost 15$

Do not buy any cars from this dealer. The Manager is a dishonest man and will give you the run around. The sold us a lemon and they will not fix the car, they tried to sell me a new car and take the vehicle in as a trade in leaving me with a loan of over $100,000 Dollars. They sold me a **** Explorer with ****** miles for $59,000 Dollars plus a $7,000 downpayment and will not fix the car. This vehicle will not start after a couple of weeks of use and I have no way to make them repair the car. They told me that will not help me and send me to other dealers. They sold me an extended warranty for $5,000 Dollars and they still charge me every time I go to the service department. They have sold me two batteries. That is all they do. Bad battery, you need a new battery, but each battery has not been used for more than a few months. Stay away from these dealer.
