      I went into Bike Attack to purchase a bike on ******** *** for my girlfriend ****************** son. We needed a bike and trailer that we can tow her 10 year old son on the back. The salesman said they don't make that tow attachment anymore but advised me to find a used one by **** online. I told him she is a new rider. The Salesperson recommended the *************. He told me I should get a small size based on her height. I purchased the bike for total of ****** I waited a week before I picked it up to be sure I could locate the **** caddy. Week later, I came in and picked up bike, took it home and had a friend who was about same height sit on there. She said it felt small. I called shop following day and asked to get a M instead. Never rode the bike, even 10 feet. They agreed and I swapped for M. Brought it home. Week later, gf came by and sat on it. Felt big for her but she tried to ride it and it jolted forward with big burst of thrust. Even in lowest setting, it was a jolt of gforce. Not ideal for a beginner rider. Called store and dealt with *****. Kitts said, ******* bikes are notorious for the jolt and said no refunds, bring in for a trade. I went in and the bike didn't have more than a block on it. Inspected by Service manager **, even the stickers were still on the led screen. He said it was fine and took it in. I said I would return with my gf to be sure we would get the right bike. Came back with my GF and bought new ***** bike but store refuses to refund me the difference. Owner was right there on his cell and knew who I was but stayed on the call for a long time until I finally walked out. So rude and clearly was not interested in discussing the matter. Few things. 1. I could have bought the ******* online for $*** cheaper ( I am a******** and also entitled to an additional discount) They give refunds within 14 days. 2. I could have bought the ***** bike for a lot less elsewhere but wanted to show Bike Attack my good faith. 3. I never got a receipt whe
