Poor Customer Support for EHR system. In fact, no customer support. I called for assistance with set up and to ask questions. ******* fast talked me, said he was emailing me some videos to watch and as I was asking another question he hung up the phone in my face. I called back twice and it said they were unavailable. There is no Support with this system. Please save yourself.Review from Abby N

i chatted with 2 different people from charm support and then called another one on the phone to ask if there is any way to send out bulk emails or texts to patients. All 3 of them told me it is not possible, which is a problem because we needed that for my practice. Turns out they either lied or they are not being trained well enough on the website because you CAN send out bulk texts. The fact that all 3 of them said it was not possible caused an unnecessary panic which took hours to resolve. All of that could have been resolved easily if they were educated or they did not lie. I have talked to other people from my practice who have used Charm support and they also told me that it is not great at all. Do better Charm, you might lose users over this eventually. Other than all of that, i would say the website is fairly easy to use and i enjoy the brightness of it.
