Contacted *********************** thru a ********** add advertising used ac with installation on Saturday April 2nd.I'd requested a quote to replace my 4 ton ac condenser and send ******* a photo of my unit, ******* replied with a $1600 to swap my unit with another 4 ton unit. Unit can not coll down my house and keep running non stop for hours. ** contacted ******* again and let her know about the issues and ask her if this unit was a 4 ton, she replied yes.contacted Quick Air to give me a independent diagnostic, Tech stated this unit had no Data sticker, but compressor (CR42K6) was for 3.5 ton unit.I'd advise ******* of this and she stated she would send her tech the following week, however no one showed up. Send her another text asking her on the status, but have not responded.Business response

To whom it may concern,This complaint has long been taken care of. I ***** for creating an issue with the lack of responses to this complaint. I have been tied up on a few remodels over the past 15 months.I recently spoke with the customer to confirm that we were in good standing with them. The ** unit was replaced with a 4 ton unit.Thank you************************;Comfort mechanical services 1001578
