      Placed an order on 11/29. Once again the order just sat. Then ***** received the package and it sat again. Finally showed up on 12/5 however it was short an item. No one sent an email, phone call, nothing. Just a nice flyer saying it was on the way. Today I went on line in my account to check where the order was. Cancelled. I sent a message. Received a call back. I was ****** and she explained it was on the way. I asked when is it being delivered. I got a **** and she starting laughing. I did start screaming as I didn't appreciate that. Since ordering with this company, there is always a problem getting orders. I hung up on her because she was talking over me and wouldn't listen. If you can't handle a customer that is upset, then you have no business picking up a phone. I then tried to check my order again and was banned from my account. Nice customer service. I am demanding a full refund and will not speak with them again.
