Since January, none of my deliveries has been arrived to my door I gave *** specific instructions to deliver to my apartment door. They delivered to management office, which is halfway open half the time or the front desk, which is which nobody is there half the time.Initial Complaint

On Sept *******, I shipped 2 boxes thru the *** store in **************, In .. On Sept 23, they were dropped off at a *** contact store, Cvs at ********************************************** and were recieved by *****. My son wnt to pick up pkgs., but was told they were not there. Since then he has repeatedly call and told the same thing. I also called and was told **** are not there. I have called *** and filed a complaint and was told within 8 days I will be contacted. Each time I call I am told case was closed and they reopen it and I am told pks are at the contact store, I explain to them each time the same story and they sy they will reopen the case. All I am getting is a run around. Can you please help me. The contents are not worth more than $200 per box. I would like the **** delivered to my son or returned to me, or to be reemburse for pkgs.and shipping.Initial Complaint

A fraudulent order was placed through my account registered with *******.com. Within 30 minutes of when the order was placed I contacted ******* and was told the order was cancelled. Later that day I received notification that the order shipped. ******* told me I had to contact *** to cancel it and *** told me I had to contact ******* to cancel it. The next day, the person who hacked my account changed the deliver address with ***. So while ******* told me they couldnt cancel the order, the order was still some how updated AFTER I reported the fraud. After several hours and phone calls I was told the delivery was cancelled but the package was delivered to the criminal today. I would like to know why the order wasnt canceled as requested. *** directs all claims and communication to go through registered accounts on their website. After several attempts to log into my account and a failed attempt to reset my password, I registered my email address again with their website and am still blocked from logging in and was told I had to contact a different department when I was speaking to customer service. Making it impossible to request assistance.Initial Complaint

*** took a picture of a package that was placed on my porch from (Fashionnova) The driver marked the package as delivered but I never received the package. I called the company and spoke to Esraa. She informed me that there was nothing they could do. She also refused to give me her name several times and wouldnt give me her id number either. I work hard for my money and order all the time with no problems. I just want my package I paid for.
