To whom it may concern,I had 4 rooms for my family for a single night @ ******************************************* It was apparent upon entering the rooms that we werent @ the cleanest hotel. However, we were traveling w/ sleeping ************** feel it worth the trouble to pack up/load babies in car seats & drive elsewhere. It wasnt until the a.m we became aware of how deplorable the hotel was as a whole. Ive never stayed in such a poorly maintained/filthy property. I cannot believe the multitude of issues we had collectively. If we had more than 1 night, we wouldve moved to another hotel. Im listing a portion of the issues we experienced-I cannot recall them all because of the array of problems. Ive included photos of all 4 rooms. I couldve taken more but didnt have time before check out. I cannot document odors in a photo, but there were some pretty foul odors. Phone not working/room *********** all doorways/ vents in bathrooms-no fan to deter this Mildew/all rooms Mold/all rooms Missing screens Blood splatter on walls/curtains in rooms/elevator Heavily Soiled bed skirts in all rooms W/ old food stuck on them Strong Marijuana/skunk smell/room 313 Floor trim coming off walls/room 311-a gaping hole Missing hair dryer/room 313 Broken hot tub-not that wed have used it due to unsanitary conditions Curly black hair all over sheets/room 313-discovered after removing blankets the next a.m Soiled ironing board cover/room 311 No microwave/room 309-(Daughter had to warm up baby bottle in my room Food/drink splatter on walls/doors Sticky desks, tv stand, tv, walls, doors Dried white milk substance on chaise lounge/room 311 Multiple bleach stains/hallways Scuffed/Broken/unusable furniture Broken juice machine Bruised apples, unripe oranges, & sticky *******/sugar glass containers-went elsewhere for breakfast Sticky floors in breakfast bar/lobby No hot water/all 4 rooms-couldnt shower Mold, rust, mildew, chips/holes in tubs Unclean window *****/cigarette/marijuana ash Please review photosInitial Complaint

On 4/5 ********** 'landed' in ******* @ 11:30pm. I had told the Ramada mgr we could be later. She assured they would be ready. Arriving at the hotel we were told the computer was down & not allowed to check in. I saw the clerk write the msg to call me regarding no charge. We tried the next hotel and they also had no reception/svc. After a distance we checked into La Quinta. Never received a call from Ramada. When I called on 4/8, was told to call 'when mgr was there. Asked again for return call re no charge. I reserved the Ramada stay w Priceline, booking no520 305 203 44. They talked to Ramada while I was on hold, and were told the hotel record showed I was a no-show so I lost my pmt.
