      Im a single mom/full time student and work a full time job that only pays $20 an hour. I have 2 kids and 3 dogs I need to drive around, I chose a Honda because they are known for their relliability I was counting on that - and was promised it by the salesman. Within the first year, the ebrake system went out, the gas door lock went bad and still makes a buzzing sound to this day because the part was on back order, multiple lights have gone out and at 9 months, I took it to the dealer for the ebrake and was told that rats had eaten my electrical system - I thought I was bringing my car in for 1 day - they kept it 3 weeks and I had to come out of pocket $1700. My insurance was charged $7403. The dealer service advisor told me it wouldn't affect my insurance rates at all. That was not the case. Someone hit me a few months later and between the 2 claims my insurance dropped me and now NO ONE will insure me even though I have no tickets or accidents (I was not the driver when during the accident for the 2nd claim). I can't even get anyone to give me a quote at all. And it's because of the claim that "wouldn't affect my insurance" at all. I believe that the entire thing was made up. I was never shown evidence of any damage, I trusted the guy because it's Honda. I have several reasons for that belief, not enough space here for them. Now here we are again with another issue - my a/c went out. Honda wants $2700 (the part is $100, the labor is $2600). The cheapest mom and pop mechanic I can find is $900. I can't afford that. The message boards all say that the evaporator is a known issue with the a/c and should be included in the 8 year extended warranty that honda gives for the faulty compressor and condensor in the a/c system. I tried calling their "good will" **** and they denied me. I'm in **********, it's blowing hot air. It's miserable to have to go anywhere in my car. The evaporator should not be going out already. Honda should fix this, they've taken enough of my $.

      I **************************** have a motorhome RV of which from time to time I park on the street. Today Friday Nov 3rd at 7:20am. Hamer Honda manager **** came at me very disrespectful and very hostile. **** told me that I could not park my RV there in front of their Hamer Honda dealership. I told ********** can park here at the meter from 8pm till 8am.**** then lied and said that I urinate in front of the Hamer Honda dealership he said he was going to show me the camera footage of which he did not.**** told me that I need to leave at 7am, I told him I can stay till 8am, And you don't open till 9am.**** then lied and said that by me parked in front of Hamer Honda that I'm blocking his dealership business...Of which I am not, I park at the meter, I'm not parked blocking the Hamer Honda dealership driveway at all.I am really sick and tired of being singled out and disrespected just because I have a motorhome RV.I not a drug addict, Not loud, Do not throw trash. I park leave and respect the street laws of the land.I'm seriously getting to the point to where I need to start filing legal paperwork against companies for motorhome RV discrimanation and harrasment.

      I recently purchased a **** Honda Civic Hatchback from Honda of Reseda (***********************************************). The finance manager secretly added 12 months to the financing with the already agreed upon monthly payment (which is over $6,000). They also changed the amount I would receive on my trade-in. ******* also lied to me on the phone about how my car had an accident reported in July of this year -- then after confronting him with the car fax report from my old dealership he backtracked on his story. They are incredibly shady and I want to recoup my money and adjust my financing terms to what was promised.

      I helped my granddaughter purchase a used 2019 ****** from Hamer Honda. They told us that we had a 3000 mile or three month warranty that came with the car. As soon as she got home she realized the automatic door locks didn't work at all she couldn't lock the car. She went back the next day and spent the whole day there for them to fix it. She was leaving to drive********** for school, and is soon as she got there, the passenger side that they supposedly fixed locks stopped working with the automatic opener. The only way now to lock that door is to manually lock it. I had her take it to the ****** dealership there and they wanted to find out what Hamer had done, but Hamer never responded. I've called and so have they over and over, and no one will call us back. It's now a cost of almost $600 to get it fixed right, and it is still under the 3000 mile warranty. We bought this car Sept. 12, 2022.
