Date of Transaction:Service agreement was executed on January 3rd, 2023 for 2023 Rivian R1T VIN #*****************.Amount Paid: I paid XWraps $4,500 as consideration for their guaranteed multi-year wrapping and protection services with either completion of the work to the warranted standard, or return of the funds.Services Expected: To install vinyl graphics, paint protection film, and ceramic coating on my 2023 Rivian R1T, as defined in the contract. As agreed in the contract, Vinyl wrap includes 5 years material and labour warranty, paint protection film includes 10 years material and labour warranty.Nature of Dispute: Defects arose within 3 months and continued worsening. Issues have arisen with the quality of material used and workmanship according to the contracted warranty standards, which * Wraps has failed to properly remedy to date. In my last visit to their shop, they have damaged and lost the brand name lettering of the truck.Resolution Attempts: Despite my good ****** * Wraps' failure in repair attempts has persisted over the past 14 months. Known issues which have been communicated through calls, videos and text, images and on-site vehicle inspection. While responding intermittently to notices, * Wraps' patchwork attempt fell short and work never commenced on their latest 2+ week possession of my car, sealing their liability to reimburse.Tracking Information: Truck VIN# I'm hoping you can recommend the most effective means, whether through demand letters citing breach or prompt small claims filing, to recover the full $4,500 (+$500 brand letter loss and damage) I'm rightfully owed given * Wraps' sustained failure to either satisfy the contract or make me whole through reimbursement and restoration of goods as promised.

I reached out asking them to wrap my car. I wanted it to be black instead of white. I was told it would take 2-3 days, so I dropped my car off before I flew to the east coast for Thanksgiving. I came back 7 days later and it still was not done, he told me now it would me 2-4 more days. I had to take numerous Ubers and spent a lot of extra money due to this inconvenience, where as I could have just rented a car if they were honest about the time it would take to complete. Once it was done, I went to pick it up and as I drove home I noticed the speakers in my car sounded strange, and the electricity on my passenger side was no longer working. The lights in the door were off, the window would not go up or down, etc. I took my car to my dealership to see what was wrong. They proceeded to tell me, that XWRAPS caused hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars in damage to my car. I asked them to pay the bill to fix what they broke. They offered to fix the car themselves, but I am not comfortable returning to them, as they are the ones who broke it in the first place. I would like them to pay for my car repairs that they broke.
