In the spring of 2021 I received an email from Oliso regarding a new iron the ****+ Pro that was to be delivered around July 2021. The offer was a price guarantee with free shipping. I finally received the iron in Dec 2021. Right out of the box the iron leaked water from underneath. I tried again on 2 more occasions and still had water leaking. I contacted customer service via email for a full refund. Instead I was sent instructions on home remedies and "tricks" to try and repair the iron myself! I emailed back and said that it was not my job to repair their produce and to issue the refund. I got another email requesting a video of the issue!!!!! I trusted Oliso to deliver a product and paid up front. They are now saying they will NOT issue a refund until I return the iron. I am in a back brace currently and cannot drive. It may be 12 weeks before I am no longer house bound. They were fine charging me and then not delivering the product as described, but will not refund my money until the iron is returned, I will return the iron when my health has improved, but I should NOT have to WAIT for a refund!
