I placed an online order on January 20th for $20. When my boyfriend arrived to pick up the order, there were 15 other people waiting for orders and the kitchen was very backed up. They had not made our ordered yet. I called to see if they could just cancel the order because we did not have time to wait. They said yes and they would get a refund processed for me. I had still not received my refund on January 27th. I called again and they said the refund was processed on January 26th. February 10th, I had still not gotten my refund. I called again and was told the manager was not in but the employee took down my name, number, and order number and said he would pass it along. February 19th, I have still not gotten my refund. I called again and was again told they could not get ahold of the manager that could check on my refund. It has been 4 weeks now and nobody can process my refund.
