I recently visited [Vape Shop Name] to purchase a disposable vape. Upon returning home, I discovered that the device was not functioning properly. I called the shop to report the issue, and they instructed me to come back in for an exchange.When I arrived at the store, the owner was extremely unprofessional and harassed me, insisting that there was no issue with the vape and accusing me of fabricating the problem to get a different one. He refused to inspect the device to verify if it was defective and outright called me a liar. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, he was hesitant and reluctant to exchange the faulty vape for a working one.This experience was highly distressing and unacceptable. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that other customers do not have to endure such treatment. Thank you.
