I hired QUEENSKITCHENETTE LLC to cater son's birthday party. "Queen" was supposed to be at my house by 10am with the hot food ready to go. At 9:30am she told me she was just finishing up some things and will be on her way. I told her to "take your time because everyone is on asian time" expecting her not rush out the door to meet the 10am time. By 11:30am, she was still not at my house. By 12:30pm (2.5 hours after our agreed time) she was still not at my house. She did however let me know she had a flat tire and needed it to be changed. She did not get to my house until 1:30pm that day - 3.5 hours later than our agreed upon time. At this time I had ordered pizza to feed my starving guests. When she walked in, she promised to "send me some money back" which I have yet to receive. I've requested that she send me money that I spent on pizza to feed my guests in her absence ($248.98) considering I spent over $1000.00 on her.
