This daycare provide the fake advertisement. I paid $325 on March 21st for registration fee and first week of tuition as daycare provider requested to order a spot for my 2 years old daughter who starts her little journey on April 1st. 2 days before start date, this lady messaged me asked me to bring car seat, she never mentioned this or advertised for she needs to take all the kids with her to do after school pick up. I was shocked and not feel comfortable she takes my daughter out. And she didnt provide me with her driver license or car insurance, not ask for my permission or opinion just ask me to bring car seat. This is not right and I requested to refund for her fake advertisement, she responded me she is not refund for any reason if client cancel it. This is not my fault to cancel it, I didnt expect she is this low class.Business response

Hello,The complaint lodged against me is unfounded. As a licensed child care provider, I prioritize the safety of all children in my care, which includes requiring car seats for transportation. When ******* expressed a desire to cancel her enrollment, I reminded her of our no-refund policy, as outlined in the contract provided to her at the time of deposit payment. It is important to note that I am not obligated to disclose personal information such as my drivers license and car insurance. Child licensing authorities have advised me against providing such information. For any necessary information, parents can refer to the licensing portal maintained by the *******************. This person also filed a false report to child licensing stating that my childcare was unsafe. Child licensing came to my business and found that the allegations against me were unfounded. This person continues to harass me and my business. Please refer to the attached contract for further details.
