I first acquired the services Oct 8 for an one week trial to locate a home. I cancelled 5 days later. They waited until Oct 25, which is beyond the week trial period, to charge me $69.00. And they don't even respond to my inquiries if closing this account! This is frustrating because they're taking money for a service which they attempt to charge me for each and every time! This is ludicrous! Please assist me in stopping these charges and retrieving my money!Business response

In response to the complaint filed by the customer on 11/17/2022, our findings show that on 09/07/2022, the customer successfully enrolled in a ***** $1.00 trial membership to Zip.Foreclosures.com. The customer did not contact us during the trial period to cancel the membership or after the membership commenced. As per the membership agreement that the customer acknowledged, we charged the credit card on file for the monthly membership. Initial billing commenced on 09/14/2022, when the trial ended. All of these details, including trial length, trial price, the monthly membership fee, and cancellation process, are clearly stated on the signup page, on our Terms and Conditions page, and in the Welcome Email that is sent out immediately upon sign up.
Customers may contact our customer service center during business hours or email us anytime to cancel their service. Our customer service center contact number and email can be found on our website. In addition, our contact number is located next to the transaction on their monthly credit card statement. Again, the customer did not contact us during the trial period. We record all calls for quality assurance purposes and document all contacts. We provide customers with a cancellation number and send an email confirming the cancellation immediately.
On 11/04/2022, the customer contacted us via email to cancel their account and the account was canceled immediately.
In summary, we have no reason to doubt the validity of the charges. As a one-time courtesy, a refund was issued for the monthly subscription. Please let us know if you require further information.
