Nov-21-2022 I was scheduled to meet with a coach to go over finances. I canceled the appointment due to not having necessary funds to pay the individual. When I had originally signed up for the program which was a service that was supplied through my employer, I was told I would get three consultations a year for free.I may have misunderstood, because I got one and then I was charged for the second consultation that I did not attend. I've reached out and managed to cancel my membership but unfortunately I cannot receive a refund due to a terms of service I did not agree to.The people who tried to help me were kind and by no means do I think they ignored my issue. I just want a refund, I will not and have not used their service.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.They do provide an incredible service, everyone is kind and polite. I just didn't want to be charged and they remedied that.
