6/21- went to go see a ****** Altima at dealer in *********** - he had a ***** with no sale paperwork in window sitting next to ******. - he played me building trust up saying he was not in the business of selling cars to make money off people but to sell high quality cars. -when I asked about ***** he tells me he is selling it this Sunday. -he tells me only 3 owners and well maintained. 6/22 pay him $500 deposit to hold car for me. He tells me $13,500 out the door. 6/24 on my way to get car and he changes the price to $13,999.-he repeatedly tells me I am getting too good of deal on a great running car. Rushed me through sale after not telling me if I was still going to be able to get car with $13,000. He tells me I would need to wait on getting my second key. 6/26 noticed dash wrench light was on. He tells me its security system and would go off. 7/1 car several days before was acting weird and while driving on freeway, car has a power glitch and check engine light and 5 other lights go on. After I pulled of freeway car would not start. 7/2 pay $300 to get car towed to him to find out it was a loose battery cable. He admits his fault because he had taken off negative battery cable. Brings car to me saying he fixed my keys and the dash lights were no longer on. Keys were faulty from then on. 7/6-7/30 tried to get my keys. A week later I paid $150 to get Aamco Transmission to look at car. ***** estimates for transmission are $6000. The dealer is saying not his problem. I started to seek legal help and did a car report to find out 5 owners, car was a rental and fleet car, 3 accidents and no maintenance records.$1500rentingcar.
