Scheduled an appointment March 31, 2024 for a hair appointment. ***** the manager agreed to do my hair and she also agreed that she knew how to do the style because I sent a picture of the style I wanted two strand twist With human ***** hair for length is the style I want it. March 31 she had two other unlicensed undocumented staff working on my head at the same time. The parts of the style, as well as the twist were all different size. I reached out to her March 31 explaining to her once I got home I realize how bad the service was and explain to her that I asked her to do my hair not anyone else. I also asked for $100 refund so I can attempt to get the style at another salon. She ignored me Im out of a lot of money due to the style $200 for the service as well as another $150 for the human ***** hair that I had to purchase for the style, at this point I expect to be reimbursed $204 the amount that includes the $200 service in the $4 dollar ATM fee I was charged. She should have documented as well as license stylist working in her shop.
