I paid ******* $185 for a flash sale braid appointment. I showed up, she already started off on a bad foot, starting my hair 30 minutes later than originally scheduled. She was giving me attitude and was hostile like I was wasting her time. Mean while, talking to other woman in the room saying my son is sick girl I should probably leave soon. Mind you I have maybe 5 braids done. She says to me I have to go to the bathroom, ill be right back. Comes back about 30 seconds later and insists I leave. My son is sick and you need to leave right now. I just simply said okay. She said I can cut out these braids or give u a refund or try and get you back in. So after the night had passed, that next morning she and I figured out that Sunday I could come back for her to finish. Sunday morning rolls around, she cancels on me with little to no time before hand, and send me a refund. Funny thing about that is that I called my bank today and I have not received one ***** from her. This is the beginning of March. This woman is completely and utterly unprofessional and I feel very sorry for that.
