I agree with every review that I have read so far. The people that run this company don't have a problem raising lot rent but if you need something done it takes an act of congress, if it gets done at all. Not to mention the management that we deal with directly are not very kind to the residents. Whatever happened to helpful and courteous customer service?? This company wants but does little or nothing to give back. We're a friendly and hard working state that deserves better than this!!

Allows a mentally ill person to live in our park. We have sheriff neighborhood harassment reports from 2020. We were mowing for $3.00 and told not to, by the regional manager ***********************************, due to the fact it was hurting this mentally ill person mowing. We had bullet casings (2) in our mowing trailer, given the finger, called bad names, took a petition up to get us out of the park ,after 23 years ,because we were mowing and she wanted our yards to mow. The worst is that she emailed a neighbor and wanted it kill us. Is this the kind of park we should live in. We have finally given up mowing in Timberline because we are fearful for our lives.DJS

Much the same as other reviews this is a predatory investment company all about the bottom line . Don't take into account the trauma they inflict on tenants , the financial abuse , exorbitant increase in rents . Most of us who live her are on limited fixed incomes only other option is the streets do they ever consider this .? I think not .Income in these kinds of places is ***** or less they come in **** rents up 30 40 percent or more if you don't like it move . Soulless people only about ROI .

Boavida bought our mobile home community at the start of COVID. During stay at home orders they continued to harass and give threatening 7 or 15 day notices to do things that where impossible because businesses where closed and we couldn't leave our trailer. We face threats of eviction. Every 1 to 2 weeks there was a new notice on our door. The stress consumes us. Depression and anxiety fill our hearts everyday. Kicking us while we are down. We continued paying rent. Didn't take advantage of rent suspensions because I was getting the unemployment benefits and paying rent was a priority. This company is predatory. They got one goal. Kicking everybody out so they can rent these spaces to new tenants for double. They try and wear us down by continued violation notices. You fix one thing but the list is will never ever end. They only do a couple things at a time to always be on you till you get broken and want to move yourself. We pay $500 mo rent plus gas and electric. Came to about $650 to 700 mo. But not we pay for everything. Gas , electric, trash, sewage, water. Rent is now about $900. They are now charging us $20 a month to get reimbursed for fixing their property water lines. What? The new rules are impossible and comical. They are charging $5 a night if we have someone stay the night. The manager lady will come and yell at everybody like a warden. I even emailed her and told her she is scaring the kids and breaking community rules by creating a disturbance by yelling. We have lives here 15 years and this is s a nightmare. Constantly in our yard taking pictures and writing out rule violations. We don't wanna go outside because here she comes yelling she screaming. You can tell they have an agenda and this should be illegal. I have about 100 notices in 2 years from them. Lord please help us. We are low income. We don't have other options. We have to be here but we know our time here isn't secure and it feels like c*** not knowing what tomorrow will bring.

This place is nothing like what you'd expect. They are nothing more than a business that wants to collect money. They raise lot rent, they close down swimming pools in the community, and if you have an issue that needs fixed, it won't. What use to be a really nice community with caring office people, are now uncaring office staff (of 2 women) that have you fill out forms and then do nothing about it. I hate this place but I have no where else to go because I don't have the money to move my mobile home. I'm stuck in a place that wants to ruin lives.
